Each time Whistlrr automatically investigates an alert — pulling logs from Datadog, errors from Sentry, metrics from CloudWatch, and recent commits from GitHub — that counts as one investigation. Manual triggers from the dashboard count too.
Pro and Business customers can supply their own Anthropic API key. When you do, investigations draw from your own Anthropic quota — so there's no per-investigation charge at all. You just pay the flat monthly base fee. This is ideal for teams running many investigations per month.
Once you exceed your included investigations for the month, each additional investigation is billed at your plan rate via Stripe's metered billing. You see exactly what you'll be charged at the end of the month — no surprise bills.
